Privacy
What you type stays in your browser.
This is a static website. The requirements checklist and the cost planner calculate on your device. They do not have an account system, and they are not a place to store personal information.
Information this site asks for
The checklist asks for counts of technicians and office employees, an industry, and software needs. The cost planner asks for those kinds of counts plus prices you type or copy from a published list. There is an optional notes box for operational details.
Do not enter customer names, employee names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or account numbers. The checklist blocks a download when notes look like they contain an email address, a phone number, or a long digit string. That check is not perfect. It runs in your browser so the text can be screened before you save a file. It is not sent anywhere for review.
What happens to those entries
- Entries stay in the page you have open. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. This site does not write them to local storage or to a database.
- The checklist can download a text file or send the summary to your printer. That file is created on your device.
- The published price list is a file on this website. Loading it does not include your answers.
- The pages do not contain analytics, advertising pixels, or embedded trackers.
Cookies and hosting
This site does not set its own cookies. It does not use a cookie banner because it does not add tracking cookies of its own. If the site is later hosted on Cloudflare Pages, the host can keep ordinary connection logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, the way most web hosts do. This project does not add a separate tracker on top of that, and it does not receive those logs inside the pages.
Outbound links go to vendor documentation. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Following a link leaves this site.
Children
The site is written for business owners. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
