Published prices
Use these as list prices. Put a number you were actually quoted into the cost planner. Taxes, discounts, add-ons, processing fees, and contract terms can change what you pay. Introductory offers below were on the page on the review date and may expire. They are not loaded into the planner.
Jobber
Verified Jobber’s pricing page structured data, modified November 4, 2026, describes plans from $29 to $529 per month billed annually. The page says prices are in USD and that subscription prices exclude sales tax where applicable. A user is anyone who accesses the account at the office or in the field to view or manage the team’s schedule.
Every user label on the pricing cards, including Core’s 1-user label, uses the same tooltip: a user is anyone who accesses the account to view or manage the schedule, and “Add users for $29/mo each.” Core publishes only the 1-user price. Larger Core teams are sent to contact sales. Connect, Grow, and Plus also publish prices that include 5, 10, or 15 users, and teams above 15 users are sent to sales. The page does not say whether that $29 is charged on top of an included-user price, instead of the next included-user tier, or only after the included users are used up. The cost planner does not add the $29 automatically. Jobber lists Marketing Suite at $99 per month, Receptionist at $29 per month, and Pipeline at $49 per month as add-ons.
Billing choices, from the pricing FAQ and the how-to-subscribe article updated October 29, 2026: month-to-month with no commitment, monthly billing with a 12-month minimum, or annual prepay. The annual prepay is non-refundable if you cancel during the year, and access continues to the end of the term. On the price cards, “No commitment” is the higher monthly figure, “1 year commitment” is the middle monthly figure, and “Billed annually” is the per-month equivalent of paying for the year up front. The trial is 14 days of Grow features, with no credit card required. The comparison table marks white-glove onboarding as not available on Core, 2 sessions up to 2 hours on Connect, 3 sessions up to 3 hours on Grow, and unlimited with a “$599 Value” label on Plus. Those figures are labeled as included value, not as a fee. A required onboarding fee was not published.
Housecall Pro
Verified Housecall Pro says its published prices are in USD and exclude sales tax. The pricing page says there is no long-term contract.
Introductory offers on that page, not used as ongoing prices. The crossed-out amounts are the month-to-month rates, not the annual rates: Housecall Pro displayed an introductory Basic offer of $26 per month for 1 month beside a crossed-out $79 month-to-month price. Housecall Pro displayed an introductory Essentials offer of $26 per month for 1 month beside a crossed-out $189 month-to-month price. Housecall Pro displayed an introductory MAX offer of $99 per month for 3 months beside a crossed-out $329 month-to-month price.
The pricing cards do not publish an extra-user price for Basic or Essentials. MAX prints “$35/mo per additional user” once. The page does not show a separate annual rate for that extra user. A Housecall Pro article on construction-software cost says additional Basic users require upgrading to Essentials. The trial is 14 days of MAX features, with no credit card. A separate required onboarding fee was not published. MAX lists a dedicated onboarding specialist.
ServiceTitan
Unknown subscription price. Both the main pricing page and the packages page say pricing is per technician and offer “Request Pricing.” Neither page prints a subscription dollar amount. A form on the page asks for a business revenue range. Those ranges are not software prices.
Pro products, including Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Scheduling Pro, Dispatch Pro, Fleet Pro, Field Pro, and Pricebook Pro, are described as an additional suite. Their prices were not published on the pages reviewed. An onboarding or implementation fee was not published. A free-trial length was not stated on the package page.
Where official pages disagree
Jobber Connect user limit. The pricing page, modified November 4, 2026, shows Connect prices for 1, 5, 10, and 15 users. The Connect plan help article, updated October 28, 2026, says the Connect plan supports up to 5 users. Confirm the user limit on a quote.
Jobber Plus and the add-ons. The pricing comparison table marks Pipeline, Marketing Suite, and Receptionist Available with Plus, and marks each one Add-on on Core, Connect, and Grow. The same page still prints add-on prices of $49, $99, and $29 per month. Those price cards do not say the Plus checkmark removes the add-on fee. The Connect help article, updated October 28, 2026, calls Receptionist an add-on to Connect, which matches the Connect column.
Housecall Pro MAX price. The pricing page publishes MAX at $299 per month billed annually or $329 month to month. The Housecall Pro article “How Much Does an Answering Service Cost?” describes MAX as custom pricing. Use the pricing page as the list price and confirm it.
ServiceTitan reporting. All three package cards list Advanced Reporting. A help article says creating custom reports is available only on The Works package or to legacy accounts, while Starter and Essentials have built-in reports. That limit is not on the package cards.
Who the vendors say they serve
Verified Housecall Pro’s pricing FAQ names home-service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, and others, from solo operators to growing teams. ServiceTitan’s site lists residential and commercial contractors and many trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping, and says per-technician pricing is meant to fit a business at any size. No seat cap was published. Jobber’s FAQ describes field service management software for service businesses, from solo operators to multi-crew operations, with published prices through 15 users and sales contact beyond that.
None of those statements means a product fits a particular company. Trade fit, price-book setup, and contract terms have to be confirmed in a demo.
